The coroner's report into the deaths on the Sage Sagittarius has been handed down with the findings that the three deaths on board were suspicious. Suspicious is putting it mildly.This happened five years ago. The Chief Cook disappeared over the side off the Queensland coast without trace, a perfectly healthy Chief Engineer was inexplicably found dead after "falling" down two decks whilst the ship was in port at Newcastle.
