OBJECTIVE. Birt-Hogg-Dube (BHD) syndrome is considered rare. Growing evidence indicates that it is underdiagnosed. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of radiology reports that suggest the possibility of BHD syndrome on downstream management and a final diagnosis of BHD syndrome.
