摘要

The introduction of an oxime-containing auxiliary ligand, such as N-(pyridin-4-ylmethylidene)hydroxylamine (4-pyao), into the reaction system is expected to result in novel metal-organic frameworks. In our previous reports (Coropceanu et al., 2011, 2014), we used an acetate-pyridine-4-oxime 'blend approach' that resulted in new discrete coordination compounds, including mono-, bi- and tetranuclear clusters with oxime ligands. We concluded that pyridine-4-oxime molecules coordinate to the d10 metals as neutral ligands, while the acetate anions demonstrate different coordination modes.
