摘要

The cleavage of carbon-carbon bonds is a critical issue in both academic research and industrial applications. The inert nature of the C-C a bond has led to a considerable amount of research on the exploration of strategies that could assist in readily breaking these bonds. Although significant progress has been achieved in the development of methods to cleave C-C single, double, and triple bonds, the selective oxidative cleavage of C-C σ bonds still remains one of the most challenging issues in chemistry and biology.
