摘要

The existence and quantities of biomarkers, including peptides, proteins, and DNA, are often the significant signs of certain disease states and physiological processes. The rapid and low-cost method for the identifications and detections of these biomolecules is of crucial importance for disease diagnosis and medical research, which is difficultly achieved by the well-established instrumental techniques owing to expensive equipment and complex sample pretreatments.
