Metal-organic cages can provide chiral inner phases forenantioselective guest recognition and sensing as well asstereoselective transformations. Further development inthis area requires new chiral capsules, both to provide well-defined chiral void spaces for new stereoselective trans-formations, and as testbeds for fundamental studies ofchirotopic spaces.
