摘要

The control of spatiotemporal patterns in self-organized chemical systems, such as the classical Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, has been the focus of many experimental and theoretical works. In polymer science, periodic dissipative patterns resulting for example from non-equilibrium processing conditions, such as solvent evaporation and crystallization, are sometimes observed. However, most remarkably, semi-crystalline polymers have a unique intrinsic capability of forming long-range-order morphological patterns, that is, banded spherulites.
