Single-Layer Semiconducting Nanosheets: High-Yield Preparation and Device Fabrication

摘要

Two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials have been receiving great attention in recent years because they show unusual physical properties which are the result of a quantum size effect associated to their ultra-thin structure. As a typical example, graphene, a 2D single layer of carbon atoms of honeycomb lattice structure, has shown exceptional electronic, optical, thermal, and mechanical properties.
