Organic electronic and optoelectronic devices,such as light-emitting diodes,field-effect transistors,and photovoltaic devices,have recently received considerable attention.Understanding structural and electronic properties of organic-inorganic and organic-organic interfaces is of fundamental importance.In this context,phthalocyanine molecules are particularly appealing because of their unique optical and electrical properties.
