Fabrication of silicon carbide ceramics added with boron and carbon by spark-plasma-sintering and their mechanical properties

On fabrication of dense silicon carbide sinteredbodies added with boron and carbon by spark plasma sintering, theuse of silicon carbide raw material with smaller particle size andlower impurities was found to be important.
