摘要

Corrosive gas tests are performed to evaluate the corrosion resistance and reliability of electronic devices in operation and in storage. After consideration by technical committees, several tests using mixed gases in low concentrations have been adopted as international standards by the ISO and IEC, and as a Japanese industrial standard (JIS). Our study found that an SO_2 and NO_2 mixed gas test simulates an ordinary environment. A mixed gas test with ozone accelerates the corrosion of copper while simulating the ordinary environment. Impedance measurements reflect the effect of corrosive gas.
