摘要

In order to effectively evaluate corrosion on the inner part of pipelines, a new coating system has been field-tested by means of electrochemical hydrogen permeation in the oilfields in Daqing and Sichuan, China. The experiments in Daqing found that there were very few hydrogen atoms on the outer walls of the pipes, and concomitantly that there was no significant corrosion on the inner walls of the pipes and no degradation of coating films. Measurements of the electrochemical reaction relating to permeated hydrogen on the outer walls of the pipes in the Sichuan oilfield, where the hydrogen sulfide content of natural gas is about 50 percent, showed results similar to those obtained in the laboratory.
