摘要

There are several degradation phenomena whenhydrogen enters into steels, i.e., hydrogen induced cracking,hydrogen embrittlement and hydogen attack, whick are occurreddepending on the strength of steel and temperature ofenvironment. The hydrogen monitoring methods proposed byProf. Yamakawa using an electrochemical hydrogen permeationtechnique to predict the degredation of steel and actualmonitoring results are reported here.
