Thrips collected in Sri Lanka.

摘要

Twenty-three species of thrips are listed as inhabitants of ornamental plants, orchids [Orchidaceae] and garden plants in Sri Lanka. Of these, 8 are not known to occur in Japan. Frankliniella occidentalis, Neohydatothrips pseudoannulipes, Retithripssyriacus, Thrips flavus and Thrips simplex are recorded from Sri Lanka for the first time.
