摘要

The writing and reading processes of acoustic waves in Ni-Co polycrystalline ferrite have been investigated experimentally. Experimental dependences between the memory signal and input signals are presented both for read-in and read-out operating modes. A qualitative model is suggested for the writing and reading processes. Optimum operating signal levels were chosen in view of the use of memory phenomenon in magnetoelastic storage correlators.
