摘要

The focus of this study was on developing a Saturation-Height Model (SHM) based on mercury injection capillary pressure (MICP) analysis and core data of three wells drilled in a deep tight gas reservoir of the Amin formation, Oman, that can best fit to the water saturation calculated by logging data. The suggested SHM is a porosity dependent natural logarithmic function. The SHM indicated homogeneous transition zone with a deep fluid contact similar to all three wells.
