High-performance computing played a pivotal role in providing convincing solutions to area of healthcare. Signal and Image processing, computer modeling, medical instrumentation, healthcare informatics, communication, bio-computing, and data mining tools have been developed to aid the clinicians in effective diagnosis and treatment.
