Herein, we describe a case encountered m consultation. A 17-year-old female presented to the emergency department with a recently enlarging lesion on the posterior neck. The duration and any additional clinical history were unavailable. A biopsy revealed an elevated nodular lesion composed of a spindle cell proliferation coursing through the mid- to upper reticular der-mis but somewhat sparing the papillary dermis (Fig. 1-3). In one area, the proliferation spread downward and focally extended to the subcutaneous fat.
