摘要

Electroless composite plating of (Ni-P)-Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles on PET fabric was performed in the laboratory. The (Ni-P)-Fe_3O_4 coated fabric was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric and X-ray diffraction analysis. The electromagnetic shielding performance and abrasion resistance were also measured. The results showed that the onset decomposition temperature of electroless composite plated fabric was lower than that of the original one. The shielding effectiveness of (Ni-P)-Fe_3O_4 plated fabric increased with increasing the add-ons of Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles. As compared with the Ni-P plated fabric, the abrasion resistance of (Ni-P)-Fe_3O_4 plated fabric became worse.
