STINA ANNOUNCES FIRST COMPANIES TO ACHIEVE CERTIFIED PRODUCER STATUS

The Steel Tube Institute of North America (STINA), Chicago, has announced that six steel tube producing companies have passed its audit process and may display the STINA Certified Producer mark on their products.The companies are the first to pass a three-month process of internal audits and product testing administered by Intertek to ensure their processes, manufacturing procedures, and products adhere to ASTM and other nationally recognized manufacturing standards.
