Boeing Australia Limited took out the top honour in the 2003 Australian Business Excellence Awards. Mr Bob Sinden, Boeing Australia's Improvement and Training Coordinator, explains how his organisation is using the Australian Business Excellence Framework to drive business improvement and achieve tangible business benefits. Boeing Australia Limited is an integral part of the Boeing global organisation. Based in Brisbane, the company employs more than 1500 people at 15 sites around the country, primarily in support of high technology aerospace and communications systems for defence and commercial customers including the region's major airline operators.
