The current structure of the Ginseng Growers' Association of Canada (GGAC) is being overwhelmed by the growth of the industry, and changing government policies, says Bill Broda, GGAC president. Changing government policy has affected many aspects ofthe industry, such as ginseng export permit requirements, Broda told approximately 100 GGAC members at an information meeting in Delhi, November 19. New fanding programs have also been announced, but some information seminars are being missed because directors do not have time to attend.
