Relationship between Holland's VocationalTypology and Myers-Briggs' Types:Implications for Career Counselors

The authors examined the relationship between Holland and Jung'stypologies using the SDS and the MBTI, respectively. The results appear to showimportant relationships between the two typologies; specifically, our findings indicate ahigh degree of similarity between a MBTI code of ENFP and a SDS code of SIA.Practical applications for career counselors are discussed.
