Unusually high levels of physical activity in North Carolina.

We were quite surprised to see the high levels of physical activity observed among parks users in North Carolina in a study comparing urban and rural parks in your ALR Supplement (January, 2010). Shores and West reported that 42.8% of rural and 72.2% of urban park users are engaged in vigorous activity during momentary sampled observations (Shores and West).
