If you have hay, you may consider the potential for selling hay. There are two distinct markets to consider: the dairy market and the horse hay market. Each market is entirely different. The dairy market wants high-quality hay (generally 150 relative feed value or relative forage quality). They can use, and often prefer, large square bales.
