CORN and soybean stocks are more than adequate to meet anticipated demand this year. Back-to-back large crops left our storage bins over-flowing, with our transportation system stretched to its limits. The combination of two large Gulf hurricanes on top of this year's large crops drove interior basis to its lowest levels since the 1980s farm crisis.
