摘要:为了开发全年能效消耗效率APF(Annular Performance factor)指标下可使空调器具有良好性能的分配器,本文提出分配器分流性能的评价方法,对插孔式、圆锥式、反射式这三种分配器在不同安装倾角的流量分配规律进行了CFD仿真,并提出实际安装条件下适用于APF能效测试条件的分配器结构优化设计方案.研究结果表明,APF能效指标下,室内机在实际安装条件下,圆锥式分配器的分流效果最好,且将混合腔内移和适当增大分配器出口管夹角可以进一步改进分配效果;室外机在实际安装条件下,反射式分配器的分流效果最好,且适当增加进口管伸入长度和适当缩短混合腔和出口的连接管长度可以进一步改进分配效果.%In order to develop a distributor with excellent distribution performance under APF (Annular-performance factor) index, an assessment method of distribution performance has been proposed, and CFD simulations of flow distribution characteristic of three distributors, including jack-type, cone-type, reflective-type distributor in different installation angles have been carried out. Besides, the structure optimization of distributor under APF index is proposed under actual installation condition. The research result shows that, under APF index, the cone-type distributor is proved to have a best distribution performance for indoor unit, and the movement of chamber inside and the proper increase of angle between different branches could contribute to a more even better distribution; for outdoor unit, the reflective-type distributor is proved to have a best distribution performance, and the increased insertion length of inlet and the appropriate shortening length of connection tube between chamber and inlet could also contribute to a even better distribution.
