摘要:2018年5月,浙江大学药学院何俏军教授团队在《血液》(Blood)发表了题为"Ubiquitin-dependent degradation of CDK2 drives the therapeutic differentiation of AML by targeting PRDX2"的研究论文(http://www. bloodjournal. org/content/131/24/2698. long),显示抑制细胞周期调控蛋白CDK2可以显著促进急性髓细胞白血病(AML)细胞分化,提示CDK2有望成为临床分化治疗AML的全新靶点。
