The recently released DX8 radio system from Spektrum is different from any of the units that they produced previously. The new development they have fitted is a built in telemetry facility, which exploits the greater ability of the 2.4 GHz channels to handle data when compared with 35 MHz. For those who may be a little unsure about what telemetry offers, or what it is, a few words may be helpful.
