Background Although once-daily cyclosporine (CsA) therapy may have greater nephrotoxic-sparing effects than standard twice-daily therapy, little information is available in children with steroid-dependent minimal change nephrotic syndrome (MCNS) regarding histological analysis after long-term once-daily administration.
