摘要

In the present work, the Mαβ, Mγ, MM2–O4,5and total M shell X-ray production cross sections of the elements Au and Pb are measured with C4,3+ions in the energy range between 2.8 and 5MeV. The obtained results are compared with the existing experimental data and with theoretical calculations based on three models: (i) first Born approximation (PWBA), (ii) the ECPSSR model using the ISICS code and (iii) Semi Classical approximation (SCA) model.
