For the B- and D-jumps, the discussers have studied not only the sequent depths but also the length of the jumps, the hydraulic condition for the formation of the jumps, and the velocity characteristics of the jumps. For the sequent depths of the B-jump, the authors examined the available sequent depth ratio equations, including the discussers' equation. The discussers would like to comment on the sequent depths of the B-jump and on the formation of the B-jump.
