Local Metamorphism of Ore-Metasomatic Rocks of the Berezit Deposit

摘要

The geological settings and the conditions of formation of metaporphyrite dykes of the Berezit gold-polymetallic deposit have been considered. It is established that these dykes cutting metasomatic rocks were not exposed to metasomatism, but were recrystallized as a result of later local metamorphism. Metamorphism has led to recrystallization of early parageneses of metasomatic rocks, which is manifested with almost coincident P-T estimates obtained from mineral equilibria of metaporphyrites and metasomatic rocks equal to some 3.5 kbar and 520℃. Thus, the formation of peculiar garnet-muscovite-quartz and garnet- biotite-muscovite-anorthite mineral associations in metasomatic rocks of the deposit is due to superimposed metamorphism.
