Lanthanoids as an Indicator of the Structure of the Zone of Free Alumina in the Lateritic Weathering Crust of the KMA

Large bauxite deposits playing an important role in the economic development of the Russian Federation were discovered and studied in detail during the long history of the development of domestic geology. In addition to aluminum, rare hydrolyzer elements and REEs are accumulated during lateritic weathering; they are of special importance as well, since the quantitative data on their concentration may be applied for bauxite processing (in perspective).
