Genesis of VendianaEuro'lower paleozoic sequences on the western slope of the Subpolar Urals (Sablya Range)

The geochemical and lithological analysis of sections in the Sablya Range (Subpolar Urals) made it possible to substantiate a model of spatialaEuro'temporal and genetic interrelations of processes responsible for rock formation during the VendianaEuro'Early Paleozoic evolution stage in the northeastern margin of the East European continent. Different lithological types are defined among rocks at the transition between the basement and sedimentary cover with their description and discussion of the role of synchronous magmatism in the formation of the latter. The succession of geological events and unusual features in the evolution of the composition, stratigraphy, and genetic affinity of deposits constituting the section of the transitional interformation zone are established.
