摘要

Visou-se quantificar teórica e experimentalmente os níveisresiduais de Endosulfan e seus principais metabólitos emóleo de soja e avaliar a confiabilidade dos valores teóricosem rela??o ao experimental. A soja foi cultivada no camponos sistemas manejo integrado de pragas (MIP) econvencional. Extraiu-se o óleo de soja utilizando o solventehexano em extrator Soxhlet. Determinaram-se asconcentra??es do Endosulfan no gr?o e no óleo, mediantecromatografia em fase gasosa, com detector de captura deelétrons (Ni63). A concentra??o de Endosulfan no óleo foiobtida teoricamente multiplicando-se a rela??o entre a massagr?o/óleo pela concentra??o deste inseticida encontradaexperimentalmente no gr?o. A rela??o percentual daconcentra??o de Endosulfan no óleo, entre os valoresteórico/experimental, enquadraram-se na faixa de 94% a114% e 81% a 92%, respectivamente, para os sistemas MIPe convencional. Como a média geral dos níveis de Endosulfan,calculada teoricamente, alcan?ou 94% do valor obtidoexperimentalmente concluiu-se que o cálculo teórico podeser utilizado para determinar os níveis deste inseticida noóleo de soja. EVALUATION OF THE THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL RESIDUAL LEVELSOF ENDOSULFAN IN SOYBEAN (Glycine max. (L) Merrill ) OIL Abstract The objective of this study was to quantify theoretically and experimentally the residuallevels of Endosulfan and main metabolites in soybean oil and to evaluate the reliability ofthe theoretical values in relation to the experimental values. The soybean was grown inthe fields in the pest integrated management (PIM) and conventional systems. The soybeanoil was extracted by using hexane as solvent in Soxhlet extractor. The Endosulfanconcentrations were determined in the grains and oil by means of gas chromatographyequipped with electron capture detector (Ni63). The Endosulfan concentration in soybeanoil was theoretically obtained by multiplying the relationship between the grain mass/soybean oil by this insecticide concentration determined experimentally in the grain. Thepercents relationship of the concentration of Endosulfan in the soybean oil between thetheoretical/experimental values were in the range of 94% to 119% and 81% to 92%, respectively, for the PIM and conventional system. As the general average levels ofEndosulfan, theoretically calculated, reached 94% of the value obtained experimentallyit was concluded that the theoretical calculation could be used for determination thisinsecticide levels in the soybean oil.
