DL screening buckets are designed for use with compact base machines such as backhoes. One bucket allows changes in screen sizes ranging from 5/8 inch, 1.25 inches and 2 inches just by changing out the screen and hammers. The core of the bucket is the top screen where the screening hammers spin between the screen comb. This design makes the buckets clog-free, ensuring good production and throughput even with wet materials, the company says. Additionally, the bucket doesn't require a case drain line for operation. The unit's frame was designed and modeled using finite element analysis engineering. The top screen comb carries the material weight so the drums and bearings have less impact under the load.
