China is a big country with 69.4% of hilly and upland areas. Farmers in the areas are not rich due to various historic and natural reasons. It is an effective approach to overcoming the straitened circumstances of the residents that building up the modern nonwood forest industrialization system. That system is believed to be capable of adjusting industrial structure, transforming the economic development modes, and benefiting the farmers by income generation and education input.%我国是个山地大国,山地占国土陆地总面积的69.4％.由于自然历史原因,山区农民贫困.解决山区农民贫困的有效办法,就是建设现代经济林产业化体系.产业建设调整了山区农村产业结构,转变了经济发展方式,让山区农民富起来.
