发动机气缸体疲劳试验研究

摘要

阐述了发动机气缸体疲劳试验的重要性,介绍了疲劳试验的试验方法,进行了8组气缸体疲劳试验并对试验结果进行分析,验证了50％存活率下安全系数为1.63的气缸体的疲劳强度满足耐久性要求,为气缸体的生产提供可靠的依据.%The importance of fatigue test on engine cylinder block was discussed and the test method was introduced. Eight fatigue tests of cylinder block were carried out and the test results were analyzed. It was proved that the block fatigue strength of 1. 63 safety factor at 50% survival probability could meet the durability requirements, which provided the reliable reference for cylinder block production.
