汽油机燃用2,5-二甲基呋喃的试验研究

         

摘要

分析比较了2,5-二甲基呋喃(DMF)与商用汽油的理化性能,研究结果表明,DMF的一些理化性能与汽油很接近.在1台单缸四行程汽油机上对DMF、汽油 DMF混合燃料以及汽油进行了试验研究,结果表明:在不改变汽油机点火提前角特性和供油系统规律的试验条件下,燃用DMF的动力性稍差于汽油,最大功率下降了10.5%,最大扭矩下降了2.3%;燃用DMF的燃油消耗率稍高于汽油,平均上升了18.6%;燃用DMF的HC和CO排放远远低于汽油,分别比汽油平均下降了31.9%和95.5%,但NOx和CO2排放则明显增加,分别比汽油平均上升了97.1%和28.1%;燃用DMF10和DMF30混合燃料的动力性能以及排放特性一般都是介于DMF和汽油之间.%The physicochemical properties of 2,5-dimethylfuran (DMF) and commercial gasoline were compared. The result shows that some physicochemical properties of DMF are similar to those of gasoline. Under the conditions of unchanging ignition advance angle and fuel supply system, DMF, gasoline-DMF blends and gasoline were researched on a single cylinder 4-stroke gasoline engine. The results show that the power performance of DMF is slightly inferior to gasoline and that the maximum power and maximum torque decrease by 10. 5% and 2. 3% respectively. The fuel consumption rate of DMF is slightly higher than that of gasoline and increases by 18. 6% on average. The HC and CO emissions of DMF are lower than that of gasoline and respectively decrease by 31. 9% and 95. 5% on average, but the NOX and CO2 emission obviously increase and respectively increase by 97. 1% and 28. 1%. The power and emission performance of gasoline-DMF blends with DMF10 and DMF30 respectively are between those of DMF and gasoline.
