木质素模型化合物热解芳环转化机理研究

         

摘要

Phenol, guaiacol and syringol were employed as lignin model compounds to investigate the conversion mechanism of aromatic structure during lignin pyrolysis. On-line gas chromatography was used to quantify the pyrolysis products, which were mainly carbon monoxide, C1~C5hydrocarbons, benzene, styrene and naphthalene. Results on the products distribution indicated that aromatic hydrocarbons were not produced from the aromatic structures in lignin directly. Phenolic compounds were decomposed to carbon monoxide and C1~C5hydrocarbons, and then C1~C5hydrocarbons recombined to form aromatic hydrocarbons.%本文以苯酚、愈创木酚、紫丁香酚为木质素模化物,对木质素热解过程中芳环的转化过程进行研究分析,利用在线气相色谱对木质素模型化合物的热解产物进行检测分析.根据产物分布分析可知,芳烃并不能直接由木质素中固有的芳基结构直接形成;木质素热解过程中,酚类化合物的芳环首先发生破裂生成短链烃和一氧化碳等无机气体,短链烃发生再聚合形成芳烃类化合物.
