网络中心化 C4 ISR 系统结构“五环”及其效能表征研究

摘要

To address the quantitative design and analysis issues for the network-centric C4 ISR structure,a“five-loop”model to define the C4 ISR system structure is proposed upon the network-centric warfare and ob-serve,orient,decide,act (OODA)loop models.Along with the “five-loop”model,the coefficient of networked effectiveness (CNE)to represent the networked effectiveness of the C4 ISR system architecture is adopted.The deduction for the “five-loop”model is presented as well to guide the architecture design of the network-centric C4 ISR system.Extensive simulation results have validated the correctness of the “five-loop”model and its effec-tiveness representation.%针对网络中心化 C4 ISR 系统结构的定量设计与分析问题，以网络中心战结构模型和观察、调整、决策以及行动（observe，orient，decide，act，OODA）过程模型为理论依据，建立了系统结构“五环”概念，采用网络化效能因子（coefficient of networked effectiveness，CNE）衡量系统结构的网络化效能，形成系统结构“五环”效能表征模型，并给出了指导网络中心化 C4 ISR 系统结构设计的若干推论，仿真实验验证了表征模型的有效性。
