目的:研究5.25%次氯酸钠液、生理盐水、17% EDTA、3%过氧化氢液4种不同冲洗液以及血液对ProPex 根尖定位仪测量准确性的影响。方法选择根尖孔发育完成的单根管离体牙45颗,记录理论实际值后在生理盐水琼脂凝胶上构建体外评价模型,根管内分别灌注5.25%次氯酸钠液、生理盐水、17% EDTA、3%过氧化氢液和血液,使用Propex 记录测量值。结果各组根管内容物对Propex 测量值的影响无统计学意义(F =1.959,P =0.090,P >0.05)。结论 ProPex 测量牙齿操作长度的准确性不受根管内容物的影响。%Objective To study the effect of four different solutions:5. 25% NaOCl,0. 9% NaCl,17% EDTA,3% H 2 O2 and the blood on the accuracy of ProPex apex locator. Methods Forty-five extracted teeth with single straight canals and completed foramina were selected to record the ideal actual measurements and then were taken on a normal saline agar model to mimic the situation in vivo. Forty-five single canals teeth filled with 5. 25% NaOCl,0. 9% NaCl,17% EDTA,3% H 2 O2 and blood were used to record the experi-mental measurements with the ProPex apex locator. Results The accuracy of ProPex apex locator was not affected by different canal contents and the measurements of each group were not statistically different(F = 1. 959,P = 0. 090,P > 0. 05). Conclusions Canal length measuring accuracy of ProPex is not affected by the contents of the root canal.
