环境退化:核算理论和方法

摘要

Based on the theoretic consideration of the concept of environmental degradation, the paper indicates that only the cost to restore the environment could be chosen as the deducting factor for calculating green GDP, and forwards a formula to estimate environmental degradation to be discussed.
