高校体育文化环境育人功能及实现路径

摘要

采用文献资料法等,对高等教育领域体育文化环境的育人功能及实现路径进行研究.主要结论:高校体育文化环境具有目标引导、动机调节、品格培养、社会性发展等多重育人功能.高校应从育人功能"内化"到"外化"的作用机制出发,从树立理念、调动主体、改进方式、加大投入等多维入手,充分彰显体育文化环境的育人价值,推动学生树立终身体育意识,提升综合素质和竞争力.%Adopting the methods of literature review and so on, this thesis studied the educational function of sports culture environment in higher education and its realization approach. The main conclusions: sports culture environment in universities has multiple educational functions, including objective guidance, motivation regulation, character building and social development; it should start with the mechanism of educational function from "internalization" to "externalization", proceed with concept establishment, subject mobilization, mode improvement, input increase and so on; fully highlight the educational value of sports culture environment, drive students to establish a lifelong sports awareness and promote their comprehensive quality and competitiveness.
