基于STAR-CCM+的某型车SCR系统流场分析

With the help of the software STAR-CCM+, the pressure field and velocity field distribution of the SCR processing system for a vehicle are analyzed under the rated condition, and the variety of the exhaust back pressure in different exhaust flow is analyzed . The relationship between the exhaust flow and the exhaust back pressure is obtained. The method provides a theoretical basis for the design of SCR system.%借助STAR-CCM+软件，分析了某型车SCR后处理系统在额定工况下的压力场和速度场分布，以及不同尾气流量下排气背压的变化，得到排气背压随着尾气流量的变化，规律，最后利用最小二乘法，得到尾气流量与排气背压的关系式。该方法为SCR系统的设计提供了有效的理论依据。
