超磁致伸缩材料动态磁滞特性理论分析

         

摘要

在考虑超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)内部磁场强度分布状况的基础上,结合动态J-A模型分析了GMM棒动态磁滞特性.通过与实验数据的比较,考虑磁场内部分布时的J-A模型能够较好地描述不同频率下GMM棒的动态磁滞特性,验证了该处理的有效性.利用该模型对GMM棒动态磁滞特性做出预测,结果表明高频驱动下应综合考虑内部磁场分布情况、涡流损耗和异常损耗.结合该模型和Z-L模型对GMM棒的动态输出特性做出预测,结果表明随着频率的增大,GMM棒的平均应变逐渐减小,滞环宽度逐渐增加,预测结果对GMM器件的设计和控制提供了参考.%Based on the considering of inner magnetic field distribution of giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) and quoted the J-A model,a dynamic hysteresis model for GMM rod was established. The experimental data and the calculation result were compared, and the result of comparison confirmed that the calculation of this model was in a good agreement with dynamic hysteresis loop with different frequency, which indicated the model was validity. The dynamic hysteresis characteristic for GMM rod was predicted and the result showed that the magnetic field distribution of GMM rod,the eddy current loss and the abnormal loss must be considered when the GMM rod was driven by high frequency. The dynamic output characteristic for GMM rod was forecasted by the combination of the J-A model and the dynamic hysteresis model,and the diagram illustrated that nonlinear characteristic increased with the increase of the frequency, but the average strain decreased with the increase of the frequency. The above studies have a significant guidance for the design and control of GMM devices.
