稀土超磁致伸缩材料高速强力微位移机构的开发及动态响应特性研究

         

摘要

This paper presents the design and structure of high-speed powerful actuator based on giant magnetostrictive material (Tb0.27Dy0.73)Fe1.9. Transfer function and dynamic modeling are described and discussed as well. The modeling can be widely used in the design of giant manetostrictive actuator. Experiments show the high-speed powerful actuator designed and developed by us can meet the requirements of species displace and vibration control system. The experiment results and the computer simulation results show that the device has good properties in low frequency range.%研究了稀土超磁致伸缩材料(Tb0.27D y0.73)Fe1.9(商品名为Terfenol-D)微位移机构的设计方法;建立了基于Terf enol-D棒的高速强力电磁阀的动态响应特性模型,这一模型对基于Terfenol-D的产品设计 具有重要的参考价值,并用计算机对这一模型进行了仿真,与实验结果进行了比较、分析。
