宋朝岁币政策的影响评析

宋朝岁币政策的产生是宋政权与北方游牧民族的交往中利益博弈的产物，正是这种博弈使得“岁币”在不同历史阶段有不同的特点，而双方各自最大策略优势能否实现直接影响了岁币政策的实施。同时，岁币政策对于宋与游牧民族来讲都是一柄双刃剑，在获取各自所需时也带来了诸多极为不利的影响。%The monetary policy of Dynasty Song was the products of the games between the Song＇ s Regime and the nomadic peoples from the North. The games led to the various features of monetary policy in different periods and whether the advantages of each other＇ s strategy could be realized or not has a direct influence on the implementation of the monetary policy. For Dynasty Song and the nomadic peoples, the policy was a double - edged sword, for it brought to many bad influences as well as benefits.
