基于RFID的船厂管件加工过程管理研究

         

摘要

为解决船厂管件加工过程生产组织科学性差、生产过程黑箱化的问题,引入物联网的思想,借助于RFID技术对管件加工过程业务模型进行重新设计,在此基础上对相应的信息系统架构进行研究,对关键功能进行阐述,最后对系统实施成效进行分析.本研究为船厂管件加工生产组织优化和系统构建提供参考和借鉴.%Shipyard pipe-manufacturing process is unsatisfactory for it lacks a scientific organization and the processing information is hard to be obtained accurately and timely.In the light of the idea from internet of things (IOT) and with the introduction of RFID technology,the business model and the related system architecture of the pipe-manufacturing process is redesigned,and some key functions are illustrated,in the end,the effectiveness of the system implementation is analyzed.The paper provides a reference in improving pipe-manufacturing organization and system construction.
